Service Description

An in-depth intake process allows me to dig into your past and current health. 5-6 forms need to be completed digitally, with a 15 minute consultation to follow if need be. From here, I develop a personalized assessment and protocol to help you make the lifestyle and nutritional changes you need to thrive. This includes a 5 day personalized meal plan and recipe book, lifestyle / supplement suggestions , daily chat support, 1- 30 min video or phone chat, and more. Once you have booked your time slot, you must head over to products and pay for your Personalized Assessment ($165), at that time forms will be emailed to you, to start the process!
